Glass Cut to Your Opening, Not to a Stock Size
Built Around Benches, Niches, and Odd Angles
Custom shower glass starts from your finished tile, not from a catalog size. We measure after the tile is set so the factory cut matches the real opening, including out-of-plumb walls and the pitch at the curb.
That is how we handle panels notched around a tiled bench, transoms above a door, neo-angle corners, curbless entries, and steam-ready layouts. A simple alcove with one swing door gets the same careful field measure as a large walk-in with fixed panels and a pivot door.
Thickness, Edges, and Hardware
We work in tempered 3/8-inch or 1/2-inch glass with polished edges. On bigger walk-ins we pick a thickness and hardware that feel solid without overloading walls that hold plumbing or niches.
Hinges, clamps, and sliders are sized to the weight of each door, and silicone sealing plus sweep systems keep water where it belongs. Our own installers set every panel, and each job ends with a clean worksite and haul-away of the old enclosure.
Low-Iron, Patterned, and Protected Glass
Standard clear glass has a slight green cast that shows against white tile. Low-iron glass reduces that tint, so whites stay bright and marble keeps its true color, which is why it is a popular upgrade in light bathrooms.
For privacy, textured and patterned glass or custom etched glass softens the view without darkening the shower. As a ShowerGuard retailer, we can also supply protective glass that helps resist the mineral spots Dallas-area water leaves behind.
