Mid-Elm Lofts Project: Historical Buildings Renovated to Living Spaces
(Dallas, Texas) We are excited to announce Shower Doors of Dallas will be designing and installing the custom frameless glass enclosures for the Mid-Elm Lofts Historical Renovation Project in downtown Dallas. Lead by Scott Remphrey of Brytar Companies, the redevelopment effort includes three historic buildings totaling 55,000 square feet at 1512, 1514, and 1516 Elm Street. Current plans call for the project to house 25 residential units. Architexas, which specializes in preservation-based building design, will serve as the project's architect.
